Every project begins with a site assessment, utility locates, and a detailed layout that factors property lines, easements, drainage, grade, and traffic patterns. When needed, we coordinate permitting, engineer posts and footings for wind exposure, and provide submittals with cut sheets and shop drawings to keep stakeholders aligned.
Installation follows best practices: precise layout and staking, augered footings to proper depth, high-strength concrete, appropriate post spacing and bracing, bottom tension wire or rails, and anti-racking techniques on gates. Hardware is commercial-grade, and finishes are selected for abrasion and corrosion resistance to maximize lifespan.
Quality control includes daily checks for plumb, line, and elevation, torque verification on hardware, and smooth gate travel under load. At turnover, we complete a final inspection, provide as-built documentation, train staff on safe operation of automated systems, and outline a maintenance plan with response times and warranties.
